Hi friends! Over the break we migrated over to a new platform; please stay updated on the UT Micro Farm on our new Wordpress site!

Hi everybody! After a brief holiday-themed hiatus, we’re back to finish what we’ve started!
We’ll be holding TWO more workdays to top off the semester. Our focus is to 1) complete our beautiful cattle panel fence, and 2) to complete our very creative tool shed. We hope you can lend a hand!
We’ll be working on the site the next two Saturday mornings: December 8, and December 15. 9:30 AM-12:30 PM.
Bring: -construction tools (hammers, sawhorses, saws, power drill, etc.) if you have ‘em-gloves-water-FOOD! Bring something breakfasty/snacky to share!
Wear closed toe shoes!
We’re off to such a great start and we thank you for all your help and support! Let’s get this structural stuff done so we can get to planting this Spring!

Thanks for your help!
Hi friends!
We are NOT having a workday this Saturday December 1. Please check back soon to learn about how we’ll continue our work (and how you can help!) this winter break!
Our first two workdays have been such a success! We thank you for all your help and participation! Our third workday is this Saturday, where we’ll start constructing a cattle panel fence around the site, and continue progress on the tool shed. We’ll take off Thanksgiving weekend, and then let y’all know where we’re going next.
As always, feel free to contact with your ideas, comments and questions! Gardening@UTEnvironment.org
And we have a question for you: How can this blog evolve to become a valuable component of the UT Micro Farm project? And, would YOU like to become involved in some way towards developing our online presence and material? Please let us know!
